1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at admin@woodhandlures.com within 14 days of delivery.
You may use our Model Withdrawal Form (see the Terms & Conditions), but it is not required.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned in the original packaging
Shipped back within 14 days of notifying us
Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs
In all other cases (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of return.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or damaged products not due to our error
Products returned more than 14 days after withdrawal notification
Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will offer:
A replacement (if available), or
A full refund
