3. Conclusion of Contract
By completing the order process on our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. The purchase contract is concluded upon our confirmation or dispatch of the goods.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros and are net prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation – no VAT charged).
Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before checkout.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product pages and may vary depending on availability and destination.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and weight. They are displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with German and EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or via the withdrawal form below). You may, but are not required to, use the Model Withdrawal Form provided at the end of this document.

8. Returns
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please contact us before returning any items.
9. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), depending on your location.
Payment is required immediately upon order confirmation. Orders will only be fulfilled once payment is successfully received.
10. Retention of Ownership
Goods remain the property of WoodHandLures until full payment has been received.
11. Warranty and Product Characteristics
All products are covered by the statutory two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item is defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note that all lures are handmade. Slight variations in size, color, or shape are part of their artisanal nature and do not constitute defects.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
13. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

14. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated on the website before taking effect.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All contracts are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
