Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received.
All fishing lures are handmade, and slight delays may occur during high-demand periods. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders with DHL from Hamburg, Germany.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your destination).

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 4–8 business days

  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world (e.g. USA, Canada, Australia): 6–12 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount — see product or cart details for current offers.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For non-EU customers, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:
Germany, EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Israel, and Hong Kong.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@woodhandlures.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with DHL and do our best to resolve the issue. In case of damage, please include clear photos of the packaging and product.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
